Leadership Effectiveness, Strategic Thinking Power, Change Agility, Emotional Intelligence, and Team Effectiveness
Organizations, leaders, and teams cannot afford to be complacent and go through the motions. Celebrating progress and success needs to go hand in hand with continuous improvement and with productively challenging ‘present ways of thinking and performing.’ Whether you wish to strengthen certain aspects of your leadership influence, restore trust on a team, fine-tune communication and influencing skills, or create buy-inn for small or large scale changes, HardTalk Biz Coaching will be your knowledgeable and committed partner. My views and interventions are based on scientific research in psychology, learning, collaborating, system thinking, leadership, and cognitive and behavioral therapy. One of the many things we’ll focus on is translating critical thinking, candor, and curiosity into mindfully and strategically leading yourself, your teams, and your projects. Among other benefits, we will strengthen your awareness, agility, and accountability to benefit how you lead yourself, your teams, and your projects in times of constant transition and change. Better business outcomes are created through robust, respectful, and straightforward discussions in which multiple ideas are vetted, opposing views welcomed, and meaningful improvements are implemented. That is what you can expect when you partner with HardTalk Biz Coaching.
Executive Coaching to Improve Clarity, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Resilience, Accountability, and Humble Confidence
Executives are typically highly dedicated, competent people who give of themselves to their teams, clients, and organizations. You are likely one of these executives and you seek a coach who is equally capable and committed, someone who can function as a shrewd thinking partner, coaching you towards increased executive influence. As I work with you, specific coaching goals will be identified, but HardTalk Biz Coaching usually focuses on leading yourself, leading others, and leading change, with the ultimate goal of creating relevant cognitive, emotional, and behavioral change that facilitates performance enhancement. To each conversation I bring 28 years of experience in Europe and the U.S. in a wide variety of industries and I provide you with business savvy, a deep understanding of human behavior, critical thinking, new perspectives, provocative questions, and candid feedback. Throughout the coaching experience you will receive relentless astuteness, curiosity, and creativity that challenge and enable you to achieve greater levels of success while you take responsibility for the changes you want to make.
